  It's all good until you have a claim...then you'd think you were dealing with Allstate! They want to short cut, nickel and dime and not actully pay the amount of the claim. We had a storm hit Schaumburg last summer. When 80% of the homes got their claims settled reasonably, these guys sent out a team of shiest er adjusters from out of state and never actually settled our two claims in full. One for our cars that was damaged, and our home that as damaged. They only want to pay half of what their adjuster claims, then their adjuster approved payment for about 10% of what the actual cash value of damages were. I got ZERO for the damages on my car and a tiny payout for repairs on the house. We couldn't even repair the damage with what they paid. What a joke. Shopping for a new carrier now. State Farm? Never again! STAY AWAY FROM STATE FARM ALTOGETHER!!!!!
