  Pros: 1) Very well maintained. Maintenance guys are also very courteous. 2) Management is good and courteous. 3) Nice swimming pools. Cons: 1) Parcels keep getting missing all the time. 2) Not many equipments in the gym. 3) Paper thin walls. 4) Sublease not allowed. Safety has become a concern now, since a woman was physically assaulted and murdered.

  I've lived in this apartment for couple of years now, and I'm satisfied with their facilities and service. Angie Warren is very professional and helpful. She's able to help me out always in a timely manner. Also their maintenance guy (I think his name is Chris?), he helped me out with lots of maintenance works(clogged drain couple of times). He helped me start up my dead battery last winter, and also helped me out when I forgot my apartment keys in middle of the night. Thanks guys for excellent service.
